Providing access to quality health care to children under 15 years of rural areas of Andhra Pradesh, as well as pregnant and nursing women, to contribute to the reduction of infant morbidity and mortality.
Children aged 0 to 5 years and women of reproductive age represent almost 36.2% of India's total population and yet, are the most vulnerable group in terms of survival and wellbeing.
On the other hand, children's health depends largely on the economic situation of their parents. Most of the rural population does not have a salary and their income comes primarily from daily work, which often prevent them from taking their children to a health center in early stage of the disease. In this context, health becomes even more relevant, since diseases and its extension aggravate the state of poverty in which they live.
- Outpatient and inpatient care, treatment and monitoring: consultations, medical examinations, diagnostic services, Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care.
- Identification and continued care to children suffering from health's chronic or acute problems, in the hospital and at their villages.
- Parental awareness about health, nutrition and child vaccination.
